Royan is a pleasant but not very interesting town on the Gironde Estuary on the west coast of France. There are a few 'Belle Epoque' homes left, some in good repair some not. The beach is quite nice...more

Royan was just awesome ! I really can recommend this place to everyone. It was my first trip to France and it was perfect. I've stayed there for about a month. Go there and go to the college CAREL .....more
