Exceptionally clean. Great beds. The staff were unbelievably helpful (and we made some odd requests) and friendly. Everyone went out of there way to help us with transportation and tourism needs....more

I've stayed at the Smart Hotel and the Waldhorn on the way to skiing. They are comparable but the Waldhorn is the better all rounder. I'm sure this would make a good base for exploring Kempten...more
