Rooms were large but too cool in the spring. Clean but utilitarian. Service was slow and had to be encouraged. Checkout is at 10AM (with several reminder calls and lots of service noise outside...more

Spent 4 days in Dunedin for work, accommodation was clean tidy and well presented. Good value for money $130 a night, slightly further than I thought to walk to octagon about 20 mins. more
