The counter staffs are rude and unfriendly. They don't greet you but stare at you as you walk towards them. They can't communicate in English. If you only speak English you will never get your answer....more

A wonderful reception area with helpful flunkies. Beyond that all was dreadful;- No English spoken, mouldy ceilings, stoneage shower, worn out linen and towels, unhelpful staff, the slowest checkout...more
