この町はラオスとの国境のヴィエンチャンに隣接してあるタイの町です。 国境の町らしく、活気もあり、またタイの田舎町の雰囲気もあります。 アメリカの情報誌で世界の過ごしやすい町ベスト１０に選ばれたこともあるそうです。 物価がバンコクの半分です。 ヴィエンチャンに行くにも川を挟んでいるだけでバスに乗って１５分程度で到着します。ラオスはビザもいらなくなったので自由に往復できます。 more
