Our first impression of Etu Moana was on arrival to Aitutaki Airport where we were greeted with the prettiest leis. We live in Hawaii, so we know our leis. They had gorgeous orange and yellow...more

The Ika Mata was fresh and so tasty...much like a ceviche in Mexico but done so South Pacific style in coconut cream, spices, fresh lemon/lime and served in a half coconut shell...the fish was caught...more
