I have never been treated so poorly as a paying guest in my life. I made a reservation 2 months prior for a crib. Once I checked in, I asked 5 (yes, five) times for my crib that I reserved....more

Bought 2 rooms in this hotel in November 2009. In general, hotel is fine, close to 19 freeway (Esperanza exit). WiFi worked fine. Some things are showing a little wear, like carpet stains and stains...more
