Take the children to the waterfront entertainment complex with rides and live performances, or to the farming demonstrations at Rancho Los Alamitos. Feeling romantic? Cruise the canals of Naples (that's right, Naples Island in Long Beach) in a genuine Venetian gondola. I am trying to be positive, but I can't. First, the price we paid over 200 a night was not worth the look of the hotel, the services, and the room. Second, as many have said, parking was NOT free....more

Talk about amazing DESIGN and fabulous attention to detail! I'm a very heavy traveler and have stayed at some of the nicest hotels in the world - and I absolutely LOVED the Hotel Avia in Long Beach....more
