We stumbled upon this place for breakfast and what a treat. The food was delicious, atmosphere warm and the staff was wonderful. We tell all our friends about it! more

We love Santiago's! It is housed in an ancient fast food restaurant building close to I-25, off Wolfensburger. But don't let looks deceive you - the food is to die for!!! The green chili is legendary...more

We went there on a recommendation from out realtor and it was not good at all. It wasn't horrible, but it certainly wasn't good. Unfortunately, there really aren't any good mexican places in Castle...more
