Unresponsive staff, dirty rooms. Mildew in the bathroom, wrote a note to housekeeping, nothing done. Front of vanity was missing. Attempting to open the window, the frame came off the glass. ...more

stayed in Sinatra's cabin. The phone didn't work (which we got a discount for) and the tv was crap, but man what a view. It snowed while we were there and we felt like there was no one around for...more
