“Very rude owner; doesn't honor quoted rates”

The owner would not honor the rate we had been quoted on the phone. When I politely questioned the rate on my registration card, she snapped that that was the rate and if I didn't like it I could stay...more

Why didn't I listen to the previous posts and look elsewhere for a place to stay for our ski weekend. I should have know it was going to be bad when I saw the hotel manager smoking in the hotel...more

I found the resort to be extremely dissapointing. Very expensive for the amount of space and quality of resort experience. We visited over school break and hordes of children were literally running...more
