Upon arrival, the front desk watched as I stumbled my way through the door loaded down with luggage- and made no attempt to assist me. Thank goodness for a nice gentleman who happened to be arriving...more

Booked 5 weeks prior, traveled 13 hours, arrived 2:00PM local time, SAT ONE HOUR, FORTY FIVE MINUTES waiting for room to be cleaned. No one else in lobby, no one came or left, phoned rang one time. ...more
