We stayed in a house, Sea & Sound, rented thru Oak Island Accomodations. This was our second trip to Oak Island. We really love it. This year we were ocean front very close to the Blue Water Point...more

Oak Island is nice enough. The island is larger than most in NC. Its central road has a lot of commercial activity, not only the usual bikini/surf shops but also old auto garage etc. There are areas...more
