Stayed in this hotel for a visit to the rugby grand final with my husband and 2 friends. Impressed on arrival but reception staff were not very helpful and had a bad attitude. Ordering 2 taxis for us...more

The room was dirty, towels and carpets stained, brown marks all over the walls. The mugs in the room had lipstick on them. Complained at reception, nothing was done. Loud music played until the early...more
