I recently went thru the Pine Ridge Indian reservation and stopped at the Wounded Knee massacre site and cemetery. Coming from Deadwood you pass thru the Badlands south unit. The scenery is beautiful....more

If you are looking for points of interest and a comparision of massacre sites Wounded Knee and Little Big Horn are the places to visit. I feel Wounded Knee is more of a place to reflect on the event...more
