just what we wanted,away from it all break with excellent food. bus pass was good,makes walking trips easy as buses ideal for return to hotel, staff was very friendly,breakfast very good,evening meals...more

Room was musty, had paper peeling off the walls, bathroom stank. Manager had an attitude "well this is only a 2 star hotel" it's nothing like the brochure. Food was good however we had paid for 5...more

we've just got back from a really enjoyable long weekend at the imperial hotel. The views from the rooms were lovely, it's worth getting a balcony for the extra space., Some parts of the hotel...more
