Looks a pleasing hotel at first sight, needs attention to small detail. Mattressess need replacing. Analogue TV in room. No proper shower only rubber shower head attached to taps. Chef needs to taste...more

I have stayed in many hotels from scotland to australia and can honestly say that the room and ensuite my husband and I were allocated in this hotel were the dirtiest I have ever encountered. Myself,...more

Excellent welcome.... lovely building and room! Huge breakfast... perfect place to use as a base for exploring the Black Isle, make sure you have a wander around Cromarty as there's lots to see! more
