Didier de Courten is nowhere near Zermatt - I wonder why it is on the Zermatt list? Anyway it is in Sierre, near the station, in the old Hotel Terminus. This is by any standards a 3 star restaurant....more

Ce restaurant est plutôt design mais pas trop. La nourriture et la présentation sont haut de gamme. Le service est attentionné mais perfectible... Il y a eu un certain nombre d'erreur à notre table...more
