I was put in a lodge on the outside of the hotel...no one could tell me where the light switch is...it was dark and raining...a bunch of keys were given to me but not labelled... I had to try each key...more

We have no lodge. The light switches are just inside the doors. It gets dark and sometimes it rains here.We do not give out "bunches of keys". All our room numbers exist. This can be confirmed by...more
