Levels one & two havnt been touched, where as the floors above the rooms on the website have. No Gym, Spa or 2nd restraunt and the food in the buffet isnt edible especially the breakfast, we ate out...more

booked with Qwerty travel and advised that it was a 3 star recently upgraded to a 5 star. Laughable as floors 1 and 2 have not been touched and none of the public areas have either. We were assured...more
