“Expensive Poor service Airconditioning doesn't work”

3 days they kept saying they would repair the airconditioning. It was never repaired. It was 29 degrees in the room and 27 degrees outside. more

“This hotel should not have 4 stars, it urgently needs a serious refurb, it's extremely dated and seriously over-priced!”
