I am disabled (have MS),but most of hotel easy.Got disabled room on asking as Thomas Cook said they couldn't book one but hotel gave us one straight away.Also booked taxi that was easy to get into to...more

waren gerade erst da, nicht noch einmal!! Zimmer nur oberflächlich sauber, Teppiche verbrannt ,dreckig.Kein warmes Wasser nur tröpfchenweise.Techniker versprochen-kam nicht.Essen geschmacklich gut nur...more
