What can I say? There are only 3 rooms at present, directly on the beach. It is very informal, the service is very simple, but they will always tried their best to help you and assist you. The owner...more

This little town at the far south-west corner of the country is one of the secret of Haiti - an island that has not tourists! Port Salut is very relaxed and safe.....people are usually friendly...more

Whoever has the chance to go to the south (and a good 4WD) should visit Port Salut, the home town of President Aristide. Especially the beaches around like Plage Macaya and a beach a few miles beyond...more
