Negril Dining options:

For romantic dinners or special occasions there are many options:

Rockhouse is one of my favorites. Great dinners and stunning views of the sunset.

As is 3 dives. I know it’s not fancy but the lobsters and jerk chicken with granny sauce are just so yummy. Right on the cliffs with great sunset party’s.

Kuyaba is also very nice, right on the beach. Cool swings at the bar, and great food.

Gino’s @ Mariposa for Italian. I know I was iffy about Italian in Negril too, but it was very fresh and also very yummy.

Norma’s @ Seasplash is another very nice option.

For a Jamaican fussion option with an art gallery on the cliffs there is the Hungry Lion. Ph. 957-4486

I have heard good things about La Vendome at Charella Inn. French fussion, supposedly very nice as well.

Here are some great eateries from the beach to the cliffs..

- Office of Nature- Lobsters and jamaican fare. Many locals and tourist a like.

-Best in the West (on the morass side of the road by Coco La Palm) Amazing jerk chicken.

- Chances- Pizzaria.

- Alfreds (on the beach) Great breakfasts, lunches and dinners.. Inexpensive. Banana pancakes, french toast, omlettes, fish and chips.

- Fun Holiday- 2 for 1 seafood nights. and 3 for 1 rum punches.

- Selina’s- Great for breakfast, again banana pancacks, coffee (yummy) a bit more $$ than Alfreds. Great web casts with the Jamaican Cowboy.

- Jamaica Tamboo- I hear they have the best lobster pizza around (from LOTL).

-Cosmos- Some call it church on Sundays.. Where you will see many locals with their families eating. Great inexpensive lunches, seafood, etc.. Very fresh food with a great beach front.

- Miss Sonia’s- Patties, all kinds. Very fresh.

-Juicy J’s- Jamaican food, yummy. By roundabout .

- Chicken Lavish- Inexpensive lunches and dinners.

-Just Natural- My fav for french toast and frozen fruit punches. (cliffs) All Natural.

-Sips and Bites- Great food, good prices..

- Choices Restaurant-

- Xtabi- Good Lunches, and you can snorkle right from their cliffs.

- Mr Slice- Pizzaria

-Spice- White Hall Rd.. Good and cheap.

- LTU pub- Same sunset as Ricks, but less crowded and inexpensive.. Great for early dinners to watch the sun go down.

I could go on forever but there are some idea’s for starters.. Try to get up to the cliffs.. The vibe there is just so chill.. Very different from the beach..

For a nice day excursion and great Ital food head up to Benji’s Paradise.
