Paloma means "dove" and there are no doves in this park but swarms of nasty  pigeons that descend on you as soon as you enter the park. It's gross with lots of bird droppings that take your breath away. It is a health hazard if you have a respiratory condition. The park benches are covered with bird droppings so you can't sit down. It's a mess!
