The walking tour is a great way to see the historic sites of St. Thomas.   Part of the tour takes you up 99 Steps, past a V.I. government building,  to the top where Blackbeards Castle is located.  Located on the grounds of the Castle,  Blackbeards Inn has swimming facilities which you can enjoy for about $12 per adult and a restaurant/bar.  Afterward go back down 99 Steps to downtown where the tour ends, and spend lots of money in the many different shops.
