In New Providence, snorkeling and diving is a must.  Imagine crystal clear waters filled with a spectaular collection of reef fishes, mollusks, sea anemones, shrimps, and even sharks.  Professional and amateur divers will find several exceptional sites from reefs and wrecks to coral walls and blue holes.

If some travelers prefer to find the best places on their own after internet research and from talking with the locals, other travelers prefer to get to the place with everything planned out in advance. These travevelers should book in advance with the companies that organize the trips to the different sites. One of the most popular dive operators is Stuart Cove's.  While you can always make a reservation from your hotel in New Providence, it is better to do it online at www.stuartcove.com to receive a discount.  It is recommended that you book a place at least a week in advance to make sure that you get a spot and also to get a better price.
