ALL INCLUSIVE ON THE PACIFIC SIDE: Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort & Spa: Changed to All Inclusive in Jan 2011. A few miles out of Cabo on the Pacific side. Adults only. Fine dining and personalized service. Very zen. Guests can also use all the restaurants and bars at the Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort and Spa, Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos, and Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. ALL INCLUSIVE OPTION: There are a few resorts on Medano Beach that offer an all inclusive option, but there is not a 100% AI resort on this swimmable beach. Sometimes these resorts limit your menu and drink choices; check details before booking. On the positive side, AI optional resorts don't usually have buffets; guests are invited to dine at the restaurants or poolside.
Currently, these Medano Beach resorts have an AI option: Villa del Palmar, Villa La Estancia, Villa del Arco, Pueblo Bonito Rosé, and Pueblo Bonito Blanco / Los Cabos. Guests selecting the All Inclusive option at the Pueblo Bonito Rose and the Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos can use the restaurants & bars at either resort.
Two resorts on unswimmable Solmar Beach in Cabo offer an all inclusive option: Playa Grande and Solmar Suites. You can read about all these resorts on the Resorts on a Beach Traveler Articles: Medano Beach Solmar Beach
Marina Fiesta (on the marina!) also offers an AI option and includes some marina restaurants. Their sister resort Hacienda Encantada also offers an AI option; the Hacienda Encantada is located in the Tourist Corridor a few miles from downtown Cabo.
If you have any questions about these all inclusive resorts or the AI optional resorts, please ask on the appropriate forum. The Cabo San Lucas forum is much more active than the San Jose Del Cabo forum, and the Los Cabos forum is generally a “read only” non-reply forum.
