Meson is very thoughtful in the preparation and presentation of the course. It is an introduction, enjoyable totally, gives great printed handouts, an apron to take home and an overall great experience. Good value as well.

All sauces and mole are cooked from scratch. Alonso is very patient and Issis helps with the tours and massages as well as clean up and serving the cooked lunches.

You will definitely enjoy this cooking school and you have a choice of 1 day, 3 days or 5 days.
