The centre is open daily during the summer months May through September and six days a week for the rest of the year. 

During the summer months you will also find visitor counselors on board BC ferries servicing Nanaimo.  Counselors also attend local major events and are a part of the welcome that cruise ship passengers enjoy as they arrive in Nanaimo.
