Get closer to nature by visiting an ancient forest.  Enjoy and relax in this 52 acre nature reserve with over 4km of walking trails.  Open to the public year round, from dawn to dusk.  Free but donations appreciated. Hundreds of trilliums bloom in the spring, forest songbirds fill the summer air, snow laden evergreens create a canopy over the trails in winter.  Deer and other animals are frequently seen travelling in the safety of the forest.

Located at 1485 Division Rd. West, Township of Severn, just outside of Orillia.  The property is owned and managed by the Couchiching Conservancy, a local, non-profit land trust.  The Conservancy currently helps protect almost 10,000 acres of natural land across the region.
