Bristol has loads of great free stuff and free parking on a Sunday (P& D and Council muti-story). Sunday  morning has to be a bacon and egg sarny at The Buttery, which is on the SS Great Britain side of the docks followed by a visit to the M Shed. Cabot Tower, Suspension Bridge (walking not driving) and City Museum are all free. St Mary Redcliffe Church is better than the Cathedral and worth a visit. Usual shopsin Broadmead and Cabot Circus, but for the unusual head for the top of Corn Street and St Nicholas market (St.Nicks). It's a Friday tradition for loads of city centre office workers to dine there. It's like a mini souk and the street food is absolutely amazing and is about a fiver. If you like "large" rolls head for  Maximillians (top of Corn Street and turn left), a quirky sandwich bar with a great upstairs seating area, and have the biggest roll ever- they'll cut it in half if you want to share.
