BGHS is a great naturist spa located on the other side of Kemp Town. Open from 12.00 each day is has a large wet area with hot tubs, jacuzzi. steam baths, sauna and cold pool as well as social and rest areas. Summer sees the opening of the roof terrace where you can top up your tan without any white marks. Massages are very good and reasonably priced. Saturday and Sunday nights are for couples only.
