Hexham's Farmers Market is held every second and fourth saturday of the month, fom 9am until 1.30pm in Hexham's medieval Market-place, and in the shadow of the ancient Abbey and impressive medieval buildings.

Goods come from local farmers and producers and the market offers the chance to buy, and often sample, a variety of goods including cheeses, bakery items, fruit and veg, local ale, meat & game and more. This Farmer's Market has won many accolades and it is well worth trying to time a visit to the town to coincide with a market day.
