Malaga Hop On-Hop Off Bus

The Hop-On Hop-Off Bus brings visitors to the main tourist points of Malaga for the set price of 17 euros (adult) and 8.50 euros (children 5-15 years old). The bus runs every 30 minutes and takes 80 minutes to complete the circuit. Bus stops may not be readily apparent because the city authorities do not cooperate with the private tour operator to make the bus stops more visible. The signs for the bus stops may be signs resting on the floor (about 3 ft. high), or elliptical pylons that are about 8 ft. high with the red logo of the company. These pylons will also have information about the city bus system.

One should be aware that the historic center is in a square area that measures one km on each side, so it is completely walkable, and there is no reason to take this bus. Most of the sights of the city are concentrated in this square area. If one is in good physical condition, one does not need to take the bus.
