There is a group that does walks in Sierra Espuna in Murcia called NEST - Nature ESpuna Trails, it´s very friendly and they have different walks going on all the time, and they´re easy walks, so for everyone. It´s a social thing as much as a way of discovering the mountain paths there and seeing wonderful views, as they usually round the walk off with a meal which doesn´t cost much, a menu del dia, in a real Spanish-run restaurant for around 8 or 9 euros. The walks are listed on www.freewebs.com/louisalivingstone/  - run by a volunteer to raise funds for the local animal charities. One of the restaurants they go to in the mountains is really good, it´s a place where wild boar come and if you´re lucky you can sometimes see them there.
