This year you can visit the Snow & Ice Sculpture Festival - ICE FANTASY - on the Station-square in Bruges.

The festival is open from 23 november 2007 till 13 january 2008, daily from 10 am. till 7 pm.

A wintery walk through the Snow and Ice Sculpture Festival of Bruges is an interactive voyage of discovery full of unexpected meetings and surprises for young and old, unique in Europe.

ICE FANTASY is built by an international team of 40 professional artists from no less than 300 tons of crystal clear ice and 400,000 kilos of fresh snow in a cooled hall where the temperature remains a constant -6°C.

Exclusive this year is the POLAR EXHIBITION in cooperation with the International Polar Foundation. Belgium is one of the 50 countries to be included in the program of the International Polar Year and makes an exciting contribution to the foundation of the Princess Elisabeth Research Station in Antarctica.
