Fatima is a town which is visited by persons of strong religious faith.  As such, it is mostly a dry town, meaning that it is difficult to find a drink there and it is virtually impossible to locate any sort of active club style nightlife.  Travelers will find that their best bet is to check with their hotel, and perhaps the surrounding hotels in the area ( http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotels-g18... ), to see if they offer a bar and / or live entertainment.

Barring that option, the next best bet is to head outside of Fatima.  Travelers will not have to go too far to find a few different spots where they can enjoy an adult beverage.  In general, heading south of town is the way to go, although there are nearby towns in every direction which offer a better nightlife than Fatima itself.  Heading south, though, visitors only need to go one or two miles to find two different bars which offer live music entertainment.

The two bars are side by side.  One is Teles and the other is Truao.  The two bars are virtually identical.  They each have a cover charge, which is usually less than ten dollars and includes the cost of the first beverage.  The each are only open on weekend nights but are open late (from approximately midnight until four in the morning).  Travelers frequently divide their evening – or their weekend – between the two places in order to mingle with the crowd offered at each.
