There is so much to do in Sydney besides the typical sight-seeing and shopping, that you’ll need to add an extra couple of weeks to your itinerary just to get it all in. With so many activities to take part in, you won’t be able to sit still. Course, there are also plenty of spectator sports for when your tired feet need a break from all that walking around.

Some of the more popular activities include: climbing the Harbour Bridge (in about 3 hours you can get a scenic view of the city that only birds were previously privy to), taking in an afternoon swim, kayak or surf at Bondi or Manly Beaches, strolling through the Royal Botanic Gardens and Hyde Park, or taking a cruise around Sydney’s Darling Harbour.

And of course while you’re in the Land of Oz, you’d be remiss if you didn’t take in a Rugby, Aussie Rules Football or Cricket match while in town. Grab one of the team jerseys and start cheering along with the locals.
