City Circle Trams  is a free tram service that operates within the central business district of Melbourne. Its convenient hop on hop off style allows passengers to visit such attractions as the Docklands/Harbour Town, the Aquarium, Old Melbourne Gaol, Federation Square, the Immigration Museum etc. Complete with recorded commentary the historic trams are an ideal way for visitors to familiarise themselves with the city centre. The old vintage look of the tram makes the ride very authentic. Trams run in both directions approximately every twelve minutes between 10am and 6pm Sunday to Wednesday and extended hours, 10am - 9pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
