John Scmersal from Enon called Dayton home before New York....and the band scene is always growing - perhaps there is a great future for all the talent here! Live music is on Fifth - The New Southern Belle - is an institution in Dayton. Well, not a literal institution, but everyone's past favorite dive bar.(Now, all spruced up) Great thrifting (On Linden and Woodman) Take a trip down East Third and hit a diner! There are so many privately owned businesses! That's why so many people never leave here- it's home!
