There are two churches in Tabgha - the Church of the Multiplication of Loaves and Fishes and the Church of the Primacy of Peter.  The Church of the Multiplication of Loaves and Fishes, as the name indicates, is the sight where Jesus fed the 5,000 ( Matt. 14:19).  Inside the church is a 5th century mosaic of the loaves and fishes.  The church is open daily and modest dress is required.  The Church of the Primacy of Peter is the location that Jesus restored Peter after His resurrection (John 21:15).  The campus is lovely with a small area on the shore of the Sea of Galilee that you can visit.  Admission is free.  It is open daily.  No shorts or tanktops are allowed.  If you are driving a private car, do not park in the bus parking area or you will be ticketed.  There is an unmarked lot for private cars down the road toward Capernaum on the left (use the dirt road).
