The central Police station for complaints is opposite the Russian Cathedral just north of Jaffa Road(Rehov Yafo).
You will notice armed soldiers and police on patrol- to deter terrorism.
Bags are inspected at the entrance to cafes, supermarkets, banks. This is for your safety.
Cross roads at pedestrian crossings if you want to avoid being run over.
Do not wander off without an accurate map and preferably a guide.
