The following year they were business competitors and Bulabog beach was never the same again. Now there are 7 kiteschools and many may try to put up more schools but the mafia BWA is there to regulate the activities on that beach and keep it safe for all beach users.  The friendly guys at Ocean Republic (Bulabug Beach) have everything you need to help you get started. Rates are around $18 an hour, but are discounted if you choose half-day or full-day packages.
