Located very close to the equator the climate of Panama is pretty much the same year round, and while winters can be a bit cooler it would be hard to notice. The daytime temperatures can be quite hot, and the evenings mild, except for the rather high year-round humidity.

The daytime temperatures in Panama throughout much of the year can be in the high 80s to low 90s almost anytime of the year, and at night things cool down to around 70 degrees. This makes for an ideal place to visit if you like lots of warm days with high humidity, and plan to hit the beach or pool at all.

The land is also typically humid, but the winter a little less so, meaning that things feel a bit cooler from January through March. Being in the tropics rain can fall throughout the year, but most of the rainfall is short and you can expect lots of sun year round. The true “rainy season” is in October and November, and during this time there are days where it does nothing but rains nonstop. This is about the only time that it isn’t as advisable to head to Panama.
