You enter the Palm Jumeira on a 6 lane highway bridge while the new metro is following you along the way. A truly amazing project. Parts have been finished, but there is still so much more being built. The construction sites are numerous and very interesting to see. The branches of the Palm cannot be entered as they are guarded by security personnel, but you can drive through the tunnel to the new huge Atlantis hotel and to the top of the Palm. Amazing to see all this development going on.
