Tripunithara Hill Palace has been the residence of earstwhile rulers of Kerala. Built in 1865, the Palace complex consists of 49 buildings in the traditional architectural style, spreading across in 54 acres.
Presently the palace has been converted into a museum and is open to public all days except Mondays from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
The palace is about 14 km from Kochi and aporoachable by road. Worth to see the palace to understand the early culture of Kerala.
