Big Pebble Beach is located 1750 meter east of Kas.  It is 5 minutes drive with car or 20 minutes walk. There are regular dolmus service every 1 hour in the summer time. Taxi costs approx. 10 TL from town center.

There is spring water coming from right side of the beach which makes it cool and refreshing when you jump into the water after 20 min. walk under the sun.

Beach width is approx. 80 meters.

There are several restaurants where you can have traditional Turkish village type breakfast.  People mostly use them for lunch. And for people who would like to have dinner near the beach with sunset this is one of the best location in Kas.

Watch out big pebbles, rocks and sea urchin when you go into water.

If you are visiting Kas in your holiday you should come, see and swim in this beatiful crystal clear sea.

Parking is under cover which is very welcome at the end of the day and if you eat at the cafe you get sunbeds and parasols for free.

Eat at the Mermaid cafe, close to the front and the only one with a raised terrace. Looks quite basic but the food is excellent and great value. Ilya is the proprietor and his Mum really does do the cooking. Fried vegetables with yoghurt sounds awful but was delicious and the homemade lemonade was refreshing.  The chicken is free range (you can see them pecking around) and the meatballs (kofte) were good too.
