Chef Chris Hastings came  up with the "club" name for his award winning seafood restaurant over 10 years ago but this place is not a club.  It is a small, superb seafood restaurant located on Birmingham's South Side tucked away off Highland Avenue.  A constantly changing menu of seafood items is featured with fresh ingredients.  If you are not a seafood lover, beware... there is only one beef item at the bottom of the menu!  Superb bouillabaisse.   http://www.hotandhotfishclub.com/
