Sabor Latino offers "South American" cuisine according to the sign inside their restaurant located in a strip mall on a hill in the Green Springs shopping area immediately outside of Birmingham and close to I-65.  Owned by a family from Peru, Sabor Latino offers utterly huge portions at downright reasonable prices in a dark decor.  Don't come for the atmosphere, but if you are hungry and on a budget, you can load it up at Sabor Latino.
